Asperger Outcoming

When I turned 30 in 2025, on March 12, 2025, when I lost my job during my probationary period, I was ready for the first time in 30 years to acknowledge my autism spectrum disorder.

I now go through life with more open eyes and ask for support for my future path.

I’m always told to accept help, and now I’m doing so more and more, but the disappointment is still greater than ever.

– Whether it’s an organization that’s supposed to help autistic people find housing and only puts obstacles in their way and even supports the misuse of data,

– or an organization that’s supposed to support people with disabilities of any kind in job searches and coaching, but doesn’t have sufficient financial resources because only profit matters, as we live in a capitalist system,

– or an organization that specializes in Asperger’s and rejects you before you even have an interview,

– or an agency that doesn’t support you with Asperger’s because the system is overloaded…

The list is endless and grows longer almost daily…

Someone once said to me:
“Thousands of people with disabilities fall through the cracks because their true potential isn’t seen or recognized. The processes are very rigid and don’t change, and we only cling to training and certifications.”

On my website https://lnkd.in/dCGPsA3v I write in my blog about my experiences in the world of Asperger, how it has influenced and changed me, and everything I experienced before and now as an Asperger.

I want to launch my own podcast soon, where I want to talk to people with autism spectrum disorder, as well as people from various walks of life. I want to talk about what’s going wrong in our world and why. What can we change, and above all, how can we do this?

Elon Musk is probably one of the most well-known Aspergers on planet Earth. He is perhaps one of the most difficult, but also most brilliant minds among us, and has created something unique.

It’s finally time for us to create change on a global level!
Walk the path of change with me, help me create new processes!
